Previously Vice President of Shanghai East Hospital. Joined Donglei Brain Hospital Group as Group President in January 2024, bringing four decades of neurosurgical leadership.

A graduate of Fudan University School of Medicine (Class of 2000), Dr. Tan built his foundation with 3 years of general surgery followed by 15+ years of dedicated neurosurgery practice. He completed a one-year advanced fellowship at Huashan Hospital in neurointervention (2012). In 2017, he joined the Donglei Brain Doctor Group, training directly under Prof. Song Donglei — mastering the treatment of complex aneurysms, AVMs, and arteriovenous fistulas.
